REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for Coaching Services

Welcome to TRANSFORMATION&EVOLUTION 3.0. We are committed to your satisfaction with our coaching services. Below you will find the details of our refund policy.

Applicability of Refund Policy
  • This policy applies to all coaching services provided by TRANSFORMATION&EVOLUTION 3.0.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Scheduled Appointments
  • Clients are advised to consider their schedules carefully before booking appointments.
  • If a client cannot attend a session and notifies us at least 24 hours in advance, the session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Doctor Appointments and Emergencies
  • If a client needs to reschedule due to a doctor's appointment or a medical emergency, we request a doctor's note to process a reschedule the session.

Package Refunds
  • If you have purchased a package of sessions and decide to discontinue the coaching service, a prorated refund will be offered for the remaining sessions that have not commenced.
  • To qualify for a prorated refund, clients must request the refund within 14 days of the package purchase date.

Process for Requesting a Refund
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at polly99.pd@gmail.com. Provide your name, details of the service purchased, and the reason for seeking a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 of business days after the refund request is approved.

Modifications to the Refund Policy
  • TRANSFORMATION&EVOLUTION 3.0 reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time.
